Assessment Strategy Complete!
Thanks to the brilliant guidance of Dr. Kristin Strange, the facilitation program’s assessment strategy is complete! We are designing a radically collaborative framework for the co-evolution of the training program through participant engagement. This program will be shaped by the learners and teaching team as much as it will support the authentic learning and personalized integration of therapeutic darkness immersion for all future facilitators. Not only is the program aligned with mental healthcare ethics and skillset criteria, but we are also establishing the competency criteria for the field of Darkness Therapy.
This program will use a continuous improvement model to transform feedback into action in both real-time and through piloting larger changes. As part of the Six Sigma process, we are running our first cycle of instructional design through the Define phase of the DMADV framework. This is the time to lay the groundwork before we move forward into the Measurement and Analysis phases over the next few months.
I am excited to continue working with deeply inspiring people in the spirit of collaboration that makes such a novel endeavor possible. Thank you to everyone who has contributed and supported the vision. Onward to the phases ahead!
